Georgia Piedmont Technical College 495 Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston, GA, United States

Tapestri's 5th Annual Domestic Violence Forum
In fiscal year 2023, Tapestri’s Domestic Violence Program served 139 clients across the state of Georgia, providing assistance in over 18 different languages and reaching individuals from over 37 countries.
To continue our mission of supporting survivors, Tapestri is hosting its Fifth Annual Domestic Violence Forum. This event aims to educate local service providers—including advocates, social workers, attorneys, policymakers, first responders, community members, government officials, and law enforcement agents—on the best practices for serving immigrant and refugee survivors of domestic violence.
We are expecting approximately 100 attendees at Georgia Piedmont Technical College on Friday, October 18th, 2024.
In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, our forum brings together individuals dedicated to ending domestic violence. The full-day event will include lunch, coffee, and a distinguished line-up of speakers.

We will announce this year’s presenters soon.
Join us as we share knowledge and build connections to better support and empower survivors of domestic violence in GA.
